SOLD: 10735 Bloomfield Street, Toluca Lake, California. We represented the builder for this luxury six-plex residential income property in Toluca Lake. We consulted our client as he was choosing his land and during the building process. Once he received his certificate of occupancy we helped him stage the units, then rent them, and then we found the buyer.

LEASED: 7712 Keswick Street, Northridge, California. We represented the tenant in locating and securing this 18,000 sf warehouse. We negotiated for a favorable five-year gross lease for our client.

LEASED: 55 Rolling Oaks Drive, Thousand Oaks, California. We represented the tenant in finding this 5,000 sf former Coco's restaurant. We assisted in securing a ten-year lease and a ten year option for this client.

SOLD: 3015 Ventura Blvd., Oxnard, California. We represented the seller and the buyer in this transaction. We were hired by the buyer to locate a commercial property with freeway visibility. I found this property by writing letters to the owners. It's a real gem with seven buildings, all with tenants with under-market rents. The buyer was so satisfied with her purchase that when I brought a buyer to her the next year, offering twice what she paid for the property, she wouldn't sell.
